After graduating from Konya Science High School in 1993, he graduated from METU Department of Mathematics (BS) in 1998. He later completed his MBA and most recently received his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Banking in 2016.

He worked as a manager at manager level in the banking sector for many years and then as a finance coordinator and general coordinator in real sector companies.

He continues his academic studies and consultancy to companies.

He has 3 academic articles published in English in international journals.

He speaks English. He is married and has two children.
